摘要

探讨自血混合丙种球蛋白穴注对哮喘豚鼠皮质醇和环核苷酸的作用和机理。结果表明致敏豚鼠吸入过敏原后，皮质醇和ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ下降明显。自血混合丙种球蛋白穴注能提高其皮质醇和ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值，单纯自血穴注组、单纯丙种球蛋白穴注组和自血混合丙种球蛋白肌注组也能提高皮质醇、ｃＡＭＰ和ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值，但都不如其明显。此实验从一个侧面论证了自血混合丙种球蛋白穴注疗法可有效地治疗哮喘。
