摘要

通过针灸、东莨菪碱等对吗啡成瘾大鼠模型的治疗，以积分高低来判定治疗的优劣，并通过测试淋巴细胞增殖能力的强弱，观察机体的免疫功能状态。实验结果：针灸治疗组较对照组、药物治疗组在戒断症状恢复上和淋巴细胞增殖能力方面分别具有良好疗效，其差异具有非常显著性和显著性意义（Ｐ＜００１，Ｐ＜００５）。为针灸戒毒的临床应用提供了一定的客观依据
