摘要

采用阻断大鼠一侧 MCA造成局部脑缺血模型

观察脑缺血 2 4小时后

心肌超微结构的变化及针刺的影响。结果表明 :脑缺血后

心肌线粒体、肌原纤维、细胞核等发生明显损伤 (P<0 .0 1 )

并且毛细血管形态改变

“醒脑开窍”针法对心肌超微结构损伤具有明显改善作用 (P<0 .0 1 )

并优于传统针法组 (P<0 .0 5

P<0 .0 1 )。
