摘要

实验用乌拉坦麻醉、箭毒制动、人工呼吸的大鼠

给予电针 (2 Hz

3V)刺激“听宫”(配“曲池”)穴

引起降压反应。在双侧延髓头端腹外侧区 (RVL )内预先注射γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)受体阻断剂荷包牡丹碱可反转该降压反应

而注射 5 -羟色胺 (5 -HT)受体阻断剂赛庚啶无此效应。双侧脑干 A1或 A5区内预先注射 GABA也能衰减甚至反转该反应。鉴于我们以往的工作曾显示 A1或 A5区兴奋时均可通过 RVL内 GABA能中间神经元抑制 RVL -交感兴奋神经元而引起降压反应

本工作表明 A1和 A5区通过 RVL及其内的 GABA受体参与“听宫”降压反应。
