摘要

利用可逆性脑缺血再灌流大鼠模型

通过生化及物理检测

观察电针对脑缺血再灌流损伤的治疗和保护作用。结果发现

在脑缺血并再灌流后

大鼠脑组织的 SOD活性下降而 MDA含量增加

证明再灌流导致缺血脑组织进一步受损 ;脑组织含水量也显著增加。而在缺血后期进行电针处理的大鼠

脑组织 SOD活性增高

MDA含量下降

脑水肿程度亦有一定的控制

提示针刺对脑组织的缺血及再灌流损伤具有明显的治疗作用和预置性保护作用。
