摘要

采用头针穴的顶中线、额中线、额旁 1～ 3线、颞前线及颞后线

对 1 80例患者进行临床疗效及有关神经心理测定量表的对照研究。结果表明 :(1 )对病人的记忆障碍、智能状态及生活自理能力有明显改善作用

有效率达 6 8.3%

各神经心理测定量表 (MMSE、ADL、WMS-RC、GQMS-IQ、GDS)分值改变较空白对照组差异有统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;(2 )头电针与尼莫通疗效比较

无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;(3)头电针加药物组有效率 73.3%

与单纯药物组及单纯头电针组比较差异无统计学意义 (P>0 .0 5 )。
