摘要

对６１例支气管哮喘患者针刺大椎、定喘、风门、肺俞、足三里、三阴交、孔最等穴治疗，总有效率８１９７％，同时检测患者治疗前后的Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、血清ＩＬ４和ＩｇＥ。结果表明：针刺能使支气管哮喘患者过低的ＣＤ＋８升高（Ｐ＜００１）；增大的ＣＤ＋４／ＣＤ＋８比值减小（Ｐ＜００１）；过高的ＩＬ４和ＩｇＥ降低（Ｐ＜００１，Ｐ＜０００１），使上述指标趋向于正常。
