摘要

在足三里、肝俞、胃俞穴位注射黄芪、当归注射液治疗28例患者

观察其对免疫功能的影响

发现该疗法对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者免疫功能具有双相调节作用。并对使过高的免疫球蛋白恢复正常的机理进行了深入阐述

认为机体感染幽门螺旋菌(HP)以后

即产生HP抗体

并激活补体C3

形成抗原抗体复合物

变为较大颗粒

以便被巨噬细胞吞噬

从而使HP减少

也使HP抗体减少

故使免疫功能恢复正常。
