摘要

为了解针刺治疗对自发性高血压大鼠血压的影响及其作用机制，我们选用３０只大鼠进行了针刺心经经穴和肺经经穴的研究，并与空白对照组相对比，发现：２组均有降低动脉血压的作用，并能降低血清胰岛素及Ｃ－肽水平，升高Ｃ－肽／胰岛素比值。改善胰岛素抵抗状态，升高心房肽可能是其作用机理。
