摘要

对 1 1 3例具有不同程度疼痛症状的癌症病人分别进行针刺镇痛、WHO药物三级止痛阶梯和针药结合治疗。结果表明

显效 :药物组 (2 0 .5 9% )与针刺组 (4 8.6 5 % )有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;总有效率 :药物组 (5 0 .0 0 % )与针刺组 (72 .97% )有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )

与针药组 (95 .2 4% )有非常显著性差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。针刺镇痛优于药物止痛

针刺和药物结合治疗癌症疼痛有较高的临床疗效。
