摘要

采用扶正健脾、益阳益气中药与艾绒混合制成药物灸条施灸治疗脾虚证

以患者血清胃泌素、D-木糖排泄率和 T细胞亚群检测值为观察指标

并与单纯艾绒灸条施灸治疗对照。结果提示

治疗后两组脾虚证患者各项观察指标均有不同程度的改善 (P<0 .0 1

P<0 .0 5 )

但改善的程度

以药灸组较艾灸组更为显著 (P<0 .0 1

P<0 .0 5 )。表明本药条灸具有改善脾虚证患者消化道分泌、吸收功能及细胞免疫功能的作用。
