摘要

将１１１例确诊为风湿性关节炎急性期和类风湿性关节炎急性发作期患者，随机分为热痹灵组和针刺对照组。经治疗后，穴注热痹灵组疗效优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），其止痛、消肿时间短于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），且穴注热痹灵组的临床治愈率高于对照组。同时热痹灵组在改善白细胞功能、血沉、抗Ｏ、类风湿因子等方面显著优于针刺对照组。热痹灵经长期应用无毒副作用。
