摘要

本文进行了针刺足三里及肌注西药（安腹痛）的止痛效果对照观察。结果表明：针刺组显效率为９６％，西药组显效率为６８％，经统计学处理，Ｐ＜０．０５，差异具有显著意义。针刺组平均止痛时间为１９．９７分钟，西药组平均止痛时间为６２分钟，经统计学处理，Ｐ＜０．００５，差异具有显著意义。
