摘要

为探讨“结于命门”“两络命门”的膀胱经及其背俞穴在经气输注中的作用．我们运用（１２６）Ⅰ－ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ放射免疫测定技术对膀胱经环核普酸含量及针刺后的变化进行了检测，并与肾经、任脉、胃经比较。结果表明，膀胱经环核普酸含量明显低于其它各经（Ｐ＜０．００１）。电针肾俞穴后，肾经ｃＡＭＰ上升与电针足三里穴相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
