摘要

采用电子控温的冷针、热针对血管性头痛患者外关穴进行针刺，以观察不同温度的针刺对脑血流图的影响。结果：电热针可使偏低和正常范围的脑血流图波幅升高，上升时间缩短，流入容积速度提高，说明电热针可提高脑血管充盈度，使脑血管紧张度降低，使脑供血增加。电冷针则有与其相反的作用。本实验结果表明：对于血管痉挛性头痛等原因引起的脑供血不足性（脑血流图波幅偏低）疾病，以电热针治疗为好。
