摘要

本文从《内经》有关奇病的刺法中，探讨解、病、肉苛等奇特病的证与治。认为解是因气血虚衰或肾精亏虚所致的肢体倦怠的病症。病是由胃气虚弱或元气损伤所致的全身肌肉下垂、肢体瘫软的病症。肉苛是由营卫俱虚、肌肤失养所致的肌肤不仁、肢体沉重的病症。探讨三者的证与治，对临证运用针刺或方药，都具有实际应用意义。
