摘要

用针灸加心理疏导治疗肠道激惹综合征５０例，并与单纯针灸或心理疏导的疗效比较。结果表明，针灸加心理疏导的治愈率为７２％，有效率９６％，与单纯针灸或单纯心理疏导疗效相比，其差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。本文对该疗法的理论指导意义进行了初步探讨。
