摘要

用成年大鼠，以低电阻及声音变化测定臀部一侧膀胱经线及对侧非经脉线，在经脉线及非经脉线上的臀中肌及皮肌内注射等量ＣＢ－ＨＲＰ，以ＴＭＢ法显示背根节（ＤＲＧ）及脊髓腹角中标记的神经元。结果：经脉线上臀中肌及皮肌的脊髓运动神经元和ＤＲＧ感觉神经元的标记数均明显高于非经脉线。本工作首次定量确证了臀部膀胱经处臀中肌及其皮肌的传出、传入神经分布较非经脉线处密集，并发现膀胱经臀肌运动神经元在腰髓内形成比非经络运动神经元远为广阔的树突野。
