摘要

化疗常用药５－氟尿嘧啶（５－Ｆｕ）具有损伤机体的抗氧化系统、引起脂质过氧化损伤的副作用。本研究显示：化疗对照组，无论是肝、肾、全血的ＣＡＴ，还是肝、血清ＳＯＤ的活力均明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；针刺和艾灸两组，除艾灸组肾组织中ＣＡＴ活力与化疗对照组间尚无显著性差异外，其它指标间的差异均有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。说明针灸能较好地桔抗５－Ｆｕ的副作用，提高ＣＡＴ、ＳＯＤ酶的活力。
