摘要

对１６例类风湿性关节炎（ＲＡ）患者温针治疗前后血浆中白细胞介素１（ＩＬ－１）、白细胞介素６（ＩＬ－６）、肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）、亮脑啡肽（ＬＥＫ）、前列腺素Ｅ２（ＰＧＥ２）、环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）等指标进行了观察，并与正常对照组进行比较，结果表明：ＲＡ患者血浆中ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦ含量较正常组显著增高，ｃＡＭＰ含量降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＩＬ－１、ＴＮＦ、ＰＧＥ２与正常组相比无显著差异；针灸治疗后ＬＥＫ、ＰＧＥ２含量显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０５）；ＩＬ－１、ＩＬ－６、ＴＮＦ、ｃＡＭＰ含量无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结合我们以前的研究结果，我们认为，针灸对免疫－神经－内分泌系统网络具有一定的调节作用。
