摘要

４２例患者随机分为针刺结合放化疗组和放化疗组，观察指标为白细胞数与血小板数、ＮＫ细胞活性及ＩＬ－２活性。结果表明：针刺组白细胞数与血小板数无明显变化，放化疗组白细胞数与血小板数明显降低，两组差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；针刺组ＮＫ细胞活性与ＩＬ－２活性明显提高，放化疗组ＮＫ细胞活性与ＩＬ－２活性明显降低，两组差异显著（ＰＭ＜０．０１）；针刺组放、化疗所致消化系与神经系症状明显少于放化疗组。提示针刺可明显改善放、化疗所致的骨髓抑制、免疫抑制及消化系与神经系症状。
