摘要

对５０例血管性痴呆（ＶＡＤ）患者进行了临床疗效及相关理化指标的临床研究，并与传统针法进行了对比观察。结果表明，两种针法均可提高ＶＡＤ患者的智能（ＨＤＳ）与社会功能活动（ＦＡＱ）（Ｐ＜０．００１），改善颅内血流动力学状态及血流变的高粘、高凝、高聚状态，提高大脑皮层兴奋性。化浊益智针法在临床总有效率、ＨＤＳ与ＦＡＱ的积分改善、在延长脑血流流入时间、降低全血粘度、红细胞压积与血小板最大聚集率（ＭＡＲ）方面，均较传统针法显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
