摘要

电针疗法是中医针灸学与现代物理医学相结合的疗法之一，目前在国内外针灸医学临床上应用日益广泛。迄今未见该疗法补泻运用的系统论述。为进一步完善其临床应用，本文从该疗法电流的极性、脉冲频率、波形波幅、电流输出强度和治疗时间等因素的生物物理学、生物化学及电生理学的参数，结合机体病理虚实状态辨证施治，从理论和临床上系统地论述了电针疗法临床补泻的模拟运用。
