摘要

本实验从神经、免疫学角度探讨实验性溃疡性结肠炎的发病机理与隔药灸治疗实验性溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。研究结果表明，免疫功能紊乱为溃疡性结肠炎的主要发病因素，隔药灸大肠俞、气海穴不仅能显著降低实验性溃疡性结肠炎大鼠下丘脑、垂体、血浆中β－内啡肽（β－ＥＰ），而且能调节其紊乱的免疫功能。
