本文通过分组观察１３６例不同阶段和不同证型支气管哮喘的患者，结果显示化脓灸治疗缓解期哮喘疗效明显优于发作期，化脓灸治疗不同证型支气管哮喘疗效无明显差别。临床宜在哮喘缓解期进行化脓灸治疗，并在应用化脓灸治疗阳虚型哮喘同时，选择阴虚较轻的哮喘进行施灸治疗。
