敏感性微电极监测凝结大脑中动脉的大鼠脑缺血模型大脑皮层缺血区组织Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋浓度的变化及手“十二井”穴刺络放血对其影响的动物实验，说明了手“十二井”穴刺络放血对缺血性中风发病机理中重要生化改变的Ｋ＋、Ｎａ＋浓度有良性调整作用，可能缓解了脑水肿的发生与发展。
