摘要

本文将８０例脑－心卒中患者随机分为＂醒脑开窍＂针法组、传统针法组各４０例，观察针刺前后心功能状态，并设正常组５０例进行比较。治疗前８０例脑－心卒中患者心功能指标部分异常，主要表现为心肌收缩舒张功能异常、心搏量及血管顺应性降低、心脏后负荷增高。针刺后上述指标均有明显改善，但以＂醒脑开窍＂针法改善更为明显（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示＂醒脑开窍＂针法对脑－心卒中患者异常心功能具有明显治疗效应。
