四缝穴为主治疗疳积７６例疗效观察曾桂香（湖北医科大学附属第一医院中医科，４３００６０）主题词疳积／针灸疗法，穴、四缝疳积是指小儿脾胃虚弱、运化失常、消化吸收功能长期障碍，以致气液耗伤、肌肤失养形成的一种慢性消耗性疾病，与现代医学所称的营养不良相类似。
