摘要

以荷瘤小鼠为对象，对针灸的活血化瘀作用进行了研究，从针灸对肿瘤的抑制作用、荷瘤动物的生存质量、免疫功能等方面进行了实验观察。结果表明：针灸可降低荷瘤动物全血粘度，明显缩短红细胞电泳时间，提高巨噬细胞吞噬率，提高胸腺重量和淋巴细胞转化率，有效地阻止环磷酰胺对荷瘤动物白细胞、淋巴细胞转化率的抑制作用；针灸还可减轻荷瘤动物肿瘤重量及肿瘤平均直径倍增时间。
