摘要

对３４例脑血管病后智力障碍患者运用中药补气化瘀汤穴位贴敷加温治疗，并同口服药物组３１例对照。结果治疗组３４例治疗后计算力、记忆力、定向力评分增值分别为４１．７６±９．７３、４９．４８±１３．３５、４２．６１±１２．１７，显效率为７３．５８％；对照组３１例治疗后计算力、记忆力、定向力评分增值分别是２０．２３±８．１６、２４．３８±１０．１９、２１．９２±１０．５４，显效率为４１．９３％。两组疗效对比有极显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明中药穴位贴敷加温疗法对改善脑血管病后智力障碍有一定作用。
