摘要

运用针刺手足阳明经为主治疗中风恢复期患者，观察了针刺前后红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）、血清ＳＯＤ及血清蛋白内源荧光的变化。结果表明：针刺有明显的抗氧化作用，使红细胞ＳＯＤ、ＣＡＴ酶活性提高（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），血清ＳＯＤ活性提高（Ｐ＜０．０５），使血清蛋白的相对荧光强度降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），并使荧光峰值波长的蓝移得到纠正。
