摘要

以家兔血清及胃窦组织中５－羟色胺、胃泌素含量为指标，用旋转的方法建立家兔胃节律紊乱的模型，观察６０只家兔分组后各指标的变化。结果提示，经针刺后，血清５－羟色胺、胃泌素显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），胃窦组织中５－羟色胺、胃泌素显著上升（Ｐ＜０．００１），表明针刺调整胃节律紊乱的机理之一可能是通过增加５－羟色胺、胃泌素在胃窦组织中的贮存、减少在血清中的释放来实现的。＂足三里＂的调整效应优于＂条口＂穴。
