摘要

在临床实践中，笔者对伴随体位改变、腧穴的定位及组织将如何改变进行了一些观察，从古代文献中关于取穴姿势的记载及现代解剖学等方面作了探讨。四肢是特定穴所在之处，腧穴利用率最高，而四肢活动度最大，故变异关系也大。治疗时要注意取穴的体位、姿势，骨性标志的改变，或伸或屈，或平或直，或侧卧或仰卧，体表定位要与循按穴位的凹陷处相结合，力求准确取穴，以达到良好的治疗效果。
