本实验观察了针刺对乳腺增生病模型小鼠自然杀伤（ＮＫ）细胞活性的影响。结果发现：雌二醇（Ｅ２）加针刺组乳腺增生病小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性明显提高，与Ｅ２组比较，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明针刺可提高乳腺增生病模型小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性，对预防乳腺增生病癌变有积极意义。
