摘要

应用ＪＩ－２００型激光多普勒微循环血流分析仪，采用闭合式颅窗法，选用临床上治疗缺血性脑病常用的“曲池”、“足三里”，“人中”、“内关”两组腧穴，并与“地机”、“经渠”相对照，观测了电针对完全结扎双侧颈总动脉后大鼠脑软膜微循环血流量的影响。结果显示，实验动物结扎双侧颈总动脉后，微循环血流量迅速减低，电针“曲池”、“足三里”及“人中”、“内关”后微循环血流量迅速增加，各观察时间的微循环血流量与对照组的差异均具有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。
