摘要

心跳骤停、房室传导阻滞或其他造成阿－斯综合征的心律失常是急性心肌梗塞（ＡＭＩ）主要死亡原因之一。我院采用首先针刺人中、郄门、三阴交、膻中、风池穴至心律改善、心率提高的同时，行床旁紧急心内膜起搏，提高了急性心肌梗塞危重症的抢救成功率。木文总结了２１例病例资料，认为针灸在ＡＭＩ合并心律失常时有复苏作用。
