摘要

热针治疗３２例腰椎间盘突出症前后的肌电图对比观察表明，患者肌电图改变主要表现为腓总神经、胫神经的运动传导速度减慢，远端潜伏期延长。热针治疗后，腓总神经、胫神经传导速度加快；远端潜伏期缩短（Ｐ＜０．００１）；Ｈ反射异常者７例，全部恢复正常；出现自发电活动者６例，无明显变化。肌电图结果提示：热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机理，可能是通过热针的刺激和热针体内的热效应，使突出的髓核萎缩变性，缓解或消除了对神经根的压迫，使受损的坐骨神经得以改善和修复。
