摘要

本文采用激光针灸配腺内注射双黄连（治疗组３５例）与激光针灸配腺内注射先锋Ⅴ号（对照组３３例）治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎６８例。治疗组治愈率８５．７％，对照组５１．５％，两组比较差鼻非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后主要症候的改善，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），并对患者前列腺体Ｂ超检查、ＥＰＳ的ｐＨ值、血清免疫球蛋白ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ、补体Ｃ４等技术指标进行了观察，证明本方法对改善前列腺体的肿胀、形态、ＥｐＳ的ｐＨ值，提高患者自身的免疫机能都有较好的作用。
