摘要

使用高灵敏度二氧化碳测定仪对１７例哮喘病人针刺治疗前后太渊穴的二氧化碳释放量失衡度（ＩＣＥＡ）进行了比较，发现针刺治疗可显著降低ＩＣＥＡ。本治疗已证明对该病有显著疗效，故ＩＣＥＡ有可能成为临床疗效的客观指标之一。另对３６例不同病种相关穴位的ＩＣＥＡ进行了测定，发现其平均值为３０．２％±１６．６％，显著大于１３．６％的正常人ＩＣＥＡ平均值。
