摘要

家兔“内关”穴注射胰岛素后１５分钟，其“内关”、“大陵”、“曲泽”穴局部及其相应脉线（大～曲线）铁、钙、锌含量降低；“足三里”注射胰岛素后亦可引起“内关”、“大陵”穴类似的改变，但并不影响其相应脉线（犊～上线）及该脉线上穴位（如“足三里”、“犊鼻”、“上巨虚”）各微量元素含量的改变。这些结果提示经络系统是一个相互联系、相互影响的整体，这种变化可能与穴位及药物的相对特异性、药物归经有关。
