摘要

为探讨针刺对癌症病人化疗引起胃肠反应的防治作用，本文选择９０例病人，交替用针刺行胃复安进行自身对照疗效观察。结果针刺治疗效果明显优于胃复安（Ｐ＜０．００１），且针刺对各种化疗方案引起的胃肠反应均有效。表明针刺有很好的调节胃肠功能的作用，对化疗引起的恶心呕吐具有良好的止恶、止吐作用。
