摘要

有关研究表明，针灸作用的时效性因不同器官系统对针灸刺激的反应速度不同而不同。本实验通过对雌猕猴实施针刺，观察其血浆中雌激素的变化情况。结果表明，实施针刺刺激期间，雌猕猴血浆中雌二醇的含量有明显变化（Ｐ＜０．００１）；而停止针刺刺激后，这种效应即告终止（Ｐ＞０．０５）。针刺对雌猕猴生殖内分泌产生的这种效应与时间的关系，对针灸临床研究具有重要意义。
