摘要

本文对１３０例患者进行临床对比观察，分针灸组６４例、中药组３６例。西药宫腔注射组３０例。针灸取穴中极、子宫、三阴交、归来。结果表明：各组间治愈率比较，针灸组优于中药组与西药宫腔注药组差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗后２年内随访三组妊娠率分别为７５．０％、５２．７％、４６．７％，三组妊娠率比较，针灸组优于中药组或西药宫腔注射组，差异非常显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。
