根据中医针灸原理，运用电针疗法结合功能康复训练，治疗选择性脊神经后根切断术后双下肢肌力下降的脑瘫患者，在临床上取得满意的疗效，并与单一的功能康复训练治疗作对照比较，两组达化率有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）从临床实践表明：电针疗法对脑瘫术后“伤筋”引起的下肢肌力下降有显著疗效。
