摘要

热板法和扭体法测得小鼠“足三里”注射可乐定（ｃｌｏｎｉｄｉｎｅ，ＣＬＮ）镇痛作用显著强于腹腔组。育享宾预处理不能拮抗“足三里”注射的镇痛作用，但明显拮抗了腹腔、皮下、“足三里”旁注射的镇痛效应。股神经和坐骨神经切断侧“足三里”注射ＣＬＮ产生的镇痛作用与健侧“足三里”注射者无明显差别。纳络酮不拮抗ＣＬＮ的镇痛作用。“足三里”及腹腔注射ＣＬＮ产生镇痛时血浆Ｂｅｔａ－内啡呔样物质免疫活性与对照组无明显差别。
