摘要

实验用５０只大白鼠分为单侧电针与对照两组，单侧电针右侧＂手三里＂与＂环跳＂穴，观察两组下丘脑视上核（ＳＯＮ）葡萄糖－６－磷酸酶（Ｇ６Ｐ）、酸性磷酸酶（ＡＣＰ）组化反应，用显微分光光度计分别测定ＳＯＮ消光值，其结果表明：单侧电针组针侧与对侧ＳＯＮ内Ｇ６Ｐ、ＡＣＰ反应强度无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），而此两侧ＳＯＮ分别与对照组比较都有非常显著差异（Ｐ＜０．００１），与光镜下观察相符。从而提示针刺的作用与中医的朴素唯物的＂整体论＂有密切关联。
