摘要

采用长强穴羊肠线埋置治疗肛裂１１７例，治愈率９５．７％，总有效率９８．３％，复发率１．７％，并发症发生率０．９％。术后肛管静息压较术前下降２３．９８ｃｍＨ２Ｏ。与其它常用疗法进行综合比较，本法具有疗效高、疗程短、并发症少、复发率低、简便易行的优点。
