摘要

将２４只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠分为针刺“对屏尖”组、针刺“缘中”组和不施加针刺的对照组，应用原位杂交和免疫组化技术检测颌下腺颗粒曲管细胞的表皮生长因子ｍＲＮＡ（ＥＧＦ－ｍＲＮＡ）、ＥＧＦ与ＥＧＦ受体（ＥＧＦＲ）的免疫反应性（ＩＲ），检测垂体前叶细胞的ＡＣＴＨ－ＩＲ。结果显示针刺后ＥＧＦｍＲＮＡ及ＥＧＦＲ－ＩＲ提高，ＥＧＦ－ＩＲ在两个耳针组变化不显著。垂体ＡＣＴＨ－ＩＲ仅在“缘中”组明显减弱，且ＡＣＴＨ变化与镇痛效应呈相关性。本文对穴位的“表”与激素、生长因子的“里”的相关进行了讨论。
