摘要

中风后偏瘫是高级中枢失去其对随意性运动功能的控制能力，它所反映的肌力减少是质变的过程，治疗中不能盲目地以发展肌力为主，应根据该病的恢复和发展规律于不同阶段选择相应的刺激方式。本研究结合神经生理学原理和经络学说对６５名偏瘫患者进行治疗观察，软瘫期在健侧取穴，痉挛期在拮抗肌上取穴治疗，获得良好的效果。
