摘要

通过对雌猕猴的针刺，观察其血浆中雌二醇和孕酮含量的变化。结果表明，针刺“Ｇ４”区、石门、三阴交穴对雌猕猴血浆中雌二醇的分泌有明显抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０１），而对孕酮的分泌则影响不明显（Ｐ＞０．０５）。穴位及穴位相配以后产生的这种特异性效应，对针刺疗法在妇产科临床应用有重要意义。
